Jacquie joined the DSA team in December 2009 after a short stint traveling Australia, Singapore and Thailand. She brought with her a Marketing Diploma from BCIT and a positive attitude and it wasn't long before she started calling DSA home. Jacquie's diverse background before school including the service industry, the retail industry and even the financial industry has helped her jump on any account thrown her way. We call her a hybrid because she has a deep interest in learning about all types of media and as such has been able to dig her fingers into everything from online to broadcast. Jacquie also took lead on building the DSA 2011 Ethnic Update Report which has given her a basic understanding of the ethnic media options in BC. We know that whatever we throw at her Jacquie will come through and are happy to have her part of the team. Jacquie's eccentric personality and wide range of interests from Sci-Fi to Musical Theatre to Books and Sports fit in well with the DSA team. She is another die hard Canucks fan with a twist as she'll also cheer for the Kings as long as they are not on the same ice. Jacquie lives in Langley with her fiancé (and full-time Kings fan) Jeffrey and is always happy to brag that she can sleep in until 8:30 and still walk to work in time for her 9:00am start dressed smart and ready to rock. Landing an agency job in the valley was a dream come true as all that expected commuting time can now be converted into wedding planning. She'll be walking down the aisle in September 2011.
